The PinCut waitlist is for early-access invitations. Here is what happens to your details when you join.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

We save your email address, signup time and the version of the consent you gave. We use them to send you information about PinCut early access and to keep a record of that consent. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

Signing up is optional. An email address and consent are required to join the list. Joining does not create a paid account or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Our hosting and anti-bot provider also processes technical information, including IP address and browser signals, to deliver and protect the website. The basis for our security processing is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, under Article 6(1)(f). We do not put your IP address in the waitlist database.

Service providers and storage

Cloudflare provides hosting, the D1 database and Turnstile anti-bot verification. The waitlist database uses Cloudflare’s EU jurisdiction setting. Cloudflare’s network and security services operate internationally, so technical data may be processed outside the European Economic Area.

Cloudflare describes its processing and international-transfer safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum and Turnstile privacy information. You can request information about these safeguards using the contact address above.

When an invitation is sent, the address will also be processed by the email service used to deliver it. We do not sell the list or share it with other companies for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup while the early-access list is active and needed to send the invitation. We remove it when you withdraw consent, when the list closes, or once the invitation process is complete, unless you separately choose to continue receiving updates.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@motionpikczer.com from the address you registered. Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority; in Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Cookies and automated decisions

PinCut does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Cloudflare security services may use necessary browser technologies to prevent abuse. We do not use the waitlist for profiling or decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
